Chocolate Breakfast Cookies

What better way to wake up than with these delicious vegan chocolate banana biscuits! It's the perfect dish to treat yourself on a Sunday morning! 😋☀️
Ingredients
- 12 grams FOODIES-PLANET® chocolate of choice
- 1 ripe banana
- 35 grams flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 15 ml almonds milk
Let's get started!
- Combine the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
- Divide the batter in 3 and add it on a baking sheet, just like biscuits.
- Bake the biscuits for about 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
