Chocolate Breakfast Cookies

What better way to wake up than with these delicious vegan chocolate banana biscuits! It's the perfect dish to treat yourself on a Sunday morning! 😋☀️

 

Ingredients

  • 12 grams FOODIES-PLANET® chocolate of choice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 35 grams flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 15 ml almonds milk

Let's get started!

  • Combine the ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
  • Divide the batter in 3 and add it on a baking sheet, just like biscuits.
  • Bake the biscuits for about 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
  • Let it cool and enjoy!

Tip: You can also add the biscuits to a smoothie bowl with apple.
