Ingredients

Let's get started!

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until a smooth batter forms. It's normal for the dough to be sticky.
  • Shape the cookies with a spoon or your hands and place them on the baking sheet. Make sure there is enough space between the biscuits on the sheet, as they will spread out nicely.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C. Keep a close eye on the baking time, as it may vary depending on your oven. 
  • Take the cookies out when they're still soft and golden brown. Leave them to rest for around 15 minutes before eating.
